"Flip and Grow Rich" Course by Armondo "Flip this house" Montelongo

Looks like Armondo Montelongo from A&E's "Flip this house" has a website promoting his "Flip and Grow Rich" course. Has anyone used this course?

Using the internet as a vehicle to flip information is one of the best ways to grow rich, Armondo knows this and is using the show's popularity to jump start his sales. Take a lesson here, the future in flipping may not be real estate, but rather information.
