New Mexico Game and Fish Report is Some Tasty Bait!

Why pay high advertising for your services or product when you can take advantage of existing waves? Periodically government departments issue game and fish reports which lead to hunting and fishing trips, equipment sales, and let's not forget content for media outlets.

Sure you can flip real estate, but there's always risk as discussed in the Real Estate Journal article on Real Estate Flipping. The Real Estate Journal is Wall Street Journal's Property Guide, and offers some excellent information to anyone in the property market. Bottom line is, do your homework!

Enough about real estate, what if you love to fish? Maybe you know everything there is to know about fishing. Maybe your real market is fishing! Flip fishing trips, travel agencies, airlines, local adventure companies are all out there, but sometimes you need to step in and organize them into a new service. Once you've done that, you can sell the experience at a premium and let the travel agent and local tour company do the work! When it comes to the flip, don't just limit yourself to real estate, think outside the tackle box.

In 1988, Willie Horton was used to dessimate the Michael Dukakis campaign , you can't easily buy that sort of ammunition. What matters is not necessarily the facts, but how you flip the story and sell it to the viewers.

Talk about short attention span. Needless to say, in my Google searching, I came across Michael Bradford's Real Estate Blog . Funny how when looking for one thing you often find something completely different. Michael has some really good advice for those looking to flip, and has some examples of his recent flipping.

Don't just flip and run, reflection is the key to balance

"Reflection balances experience, it allows us to process our sensory data and file it away and make sense of the world." In Mind Like Water: Keeping Your Balance in a Chaotic World , Jim Ballard talks about meditation, reflection, and thinking in a mind like water state. I bought this some time ago and have been reading it slowly. It's definately a find at your local library, or used via ebay or Amazon .
