Yahoo Down?

Yahoo reportedly is having problems keeping its server infrastructure online, the IM client, Flicer, and the main home page all seem to be having issues.

It's unclear how serious the issue is, or if there is an issue with Yahoo at all. Times like this make me wonder what the impact of going public could be vs. silence. Stories on the internet are a blaze with rumor and suppositioin. If Yahoo would release a statement, it would give people some real information to go off of. This is a good contrast to Miss New Jersey, and her facing her photo scandal with a press conference.
